Note: This app does not sell nor provide any music files. All music must be purchased and supplied by the user. Les Mills music can only be obtained by registered instructors either directly from that company or authorized distributors.

Press Play and Go is a music manager designed for group fitness instructors. It enables the creation of playlists using existing music collections as well as seventeen Les Mills programs. The app differentiates between original and cover versions, allowing for the customization of classes based on music licensing requirements.

Users can insert breaks or timed pauses between songs, complete with a visible (and optionally audible) countdown before each track begins. This feature proves useful for activities such as weight changes or drink breaks during classes. The app ensures precise timing, preventing classes from running over their scheduled durations.

Automatically generating Les Mills quarterly releases from user-supplied music, including bonus tracks, is a core functionality of the app. By importing their instructor CD to iTunes or downloading digital files and syncing them with the device, users can view song titles and artists in the correct order. Creating custom mixes is straightforward, with only available songs suggested for each track within a given program. Modifying mixes is equally intuitive.

The app seamlessly handles multi-song groups specific to BODYJAM and BODYBALANCE programs and facilitates playlist creation for express class formats. It supports both current and former formats for BODYATTACK and caters to both 70/30 and Athletic class variants for BODYSTEP.

X3 Pty Ltd is not associated with Les Mills beyond active participation in its classes. All user music remains accessible in the iPod music library without utilizing additional storage space.
